The library decided to redo its 25 year old system and solicited proposals from a number of companies. AB Links provided the most economical and appealing proposal. As part of the upgrade to our phone system we installed new phones and thus needed new cabling to numerous additional locations. AB Links provided the new hardware and cabling.

Concurrent to this upgrade, we also did a major relocation of activities that required significant new construction. AB Links effortlessly responded to numerous phone relocation changes at the last minute. The responsiveness to the changes was excellent. Especially appreciated was fact that AB Links acted as the primary interface with our new telephone service provider for the scheduling and installation of the required new equipment.

Unlike our previous telephone service providers we were always able to talk with a real person to solve and resolve any problems we had. Responsiveness to technical glitches was excellent.
